Joy Villa is a best-selling recording artist, award-winning actress, author, and international speaker who turned her personal story of survival into a mission of freedom. After escaping both human trafficking and a high-control cult (15 years in Scientology), Joy founded The Fearless Joy Foundation Inc. to help victims reclaim their lives through healing, hope, and the power of Jesus Christ. With fearless faith and a voice that refuses to be silenced, she now leads a global movement to expose darkness, empower survivors, and bring truth and deliverance to those in bondage.

Jennifer Purewal is a passionate advocate, world traveler, and marketing powerhouse. Raised in a trailer park in Bakersfield, Ca, from humble beginnings to building a 6-figure marketing career. But her greatest joy is being a wife to her heart surgeon husband and a loving mother to her 5 incredible children. With a heart for justice and healing, Jenny works to raise awareness about human trafficking and minister to survivors. As Secretary of The Fearless Joy Foundation Inc., she brings compassion and a relentless commitment to helping others break free.

Jeremy Lifsey, Vice President
Jeremy Lifsey is a comedian, actor, and master tattoo artist with a powerful story of redemption. After spending 8 years in prison, Jeremy turned his life around and now dedicates his voice, art, and testimony to helping others heal from abuse and trauma. As President of The Fearless Joy Foundation Inc., Jeremy brings raw truth, resilience, and compassion to the mission. He uses his past as a testimony reaching both men and women with a message of freedom, restoration, and purpose. From the streets to the stage, Jeremy is living proof that no one is too far gone to be transformed.

Mona McAleese, Facilitator
Mona McAleese is a seasoned leader in workforce development, vocational education, and advocacy for people with disabilities. Formerly appointed by Alaska Governor Frank Murkowski as Executive Director of the Alaska Workforce Investment Board, Mona has spent her career facilitating opportunity, access, and empowerment across communities.
She has served in Project Coordinator for the ADA Alaska Region, Chair of the AWIB Evaluation and Assessment Committee, and member of the Governor's Committee on Rehabilitation and Employment of People with Disabilities.
As the Facilitator with The Fearless Joy Foundation, Mona brings wisdom, administrative strategy, and deep compassion to every initiative. She ensures our programs align with real employment trends and healing opportunities, empowering survivors with tools to thrive in meaningful careers and renewed purpose.

Jean Marie Davis, Grantwriter
Jean Marie Davis is a survivor, best selling author, national speaker, and passionate advocate for freedom and healing. After being trafficked for more than 20 years, Jean Marie was rescued and radically transformed by the power of Jesus Christ. Now, she uses her voice and story to rescue others. She serves as director of Branches Pregnancy Center in Vermont, and spoke to the White House for human trafficking advocacy.
As Grant Writer for The Fearless Joy Foundation Inc, Jean Marie’s firsthand experience fuels every proposal she writes, connecting donors and organizations to the urgent reality of trafficking and the life-changing impact of deliverance, restoration, and faith-based intervention.
Jean Marie shares her testimony around the world, educating communities on how to spot the signs of sex trafficking. Her astounding testimony is being turned into an explosive feature film Breaking Shadows produced by Alliance Studios and Joy Villa Productions.

Ingrid Grindstad, Communications Director
Ingrid Grindstad serves as the Communications Director for the Fearless Joy Foundation, where she leads global media, storytelling, and survivor outreach with compassion and excellence. Born and raised in South Africa, Ingrid is a third-generation Scientologist who was trafficked into Scientology’s Sea Org at just 13 years old. After years of abuse and manipulation, she courageously escaped; and through faith in Jesus Christ, found true deliverance, healing, and freedom.
Now a voice for truth and restoration, Ingrid brings over a decade of entrepreneurial leadership as the CEO of multiple successful businesses, using her skills to empower others and expand the Foundation’s impact. She is also a devoted wife and mother of two children, balancing her mission-driven work with a deep love for family and faith.
Ingrid’s life embodies redemption and resilience—proof that no darkness is too deep for God’s light to break through.
